Critical Loop, a leader in advanced energy management and battery control, seeks a Head of Operations in Torrance, CA. You will own field deployment, 24/7 asset operations, safety, and the service organization, guiding growth from 100 MW+ deployments.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in energy operations, hands-on electrical experience, and a track record building commissioning programs, budgets, and high‑reliability field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in field operations, commissioning, or service within energy storage or power systems, with 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience running 24/7 field service or fleet operations with uptime/response commitments.
• Deep hands-on electrical competence: switchgear, inverters, transformers, controls.
• Built and run a commissioning program from scratch including procedures and turnover docs.
• Owned operations budgets and shaped service agreements or warranties.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Southern California with travel to North America.

Responsabilités

• Own 24/7 asset operations and maintenance programs.
• Deploy and oversee field commissioning, tests, and inspections.
• Lead safety compliance and incident reviews.
• Manage OEM/supplier relationships and warranty recovery.
• Define KPIs and build an operations capability for growth.
• Mentor and scale a high-performing operations team.
