Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) in Massachusetts seeks a Chief of Platform Operations to lead the DevSecOps platform and Common Development Environment, enabling rapid, high‑quality integration for Mission Planning Enterprise.

You will ensure pipelines, cloud services, test environments, and collaboration tools are reliable and secure, coordinate with engineering, test, and cybersecurity teams, and drive automation and developer support across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps, platform engineering, or large-scale software operations.
• Proven CI/CD design, implementation, and operation experience.
• Experience with enterprise integration/test environments and automated testing.
• Strong knowledge of secure configuration baselines in labs and development environments.
• Active Secret clearance and ability to maintain it.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DevSecOps platform and Common Development Environment for Mission Planning.
• Ensure pipelines, cloud services, test environments, and collaboration tools are reliable and secure.
• Coordinate with engineering, test, cybersecurity, and external developers to provide baselines and automation.
• Oversee platform training and developer support, driving continuous improvement.
