The Greater Tacoma Community Foundation seeks a strategic leader to head the Community Impact team and grow philanthropic investments in Pierce County. You will partner with the Foundation’s leadership to design and support programs that reflect community voice and advance our mission.

You will collaborate with civic leaders and partners, set the vision for initiatives, and guide staff toward impactful outcomes while upholding our values of integrity, collaboration, and inclusion.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 10 years in a leadership/managerial role, preferably with philanthropy or non-profit management.
• Familiarity with philanthropy and community foundations is expected.

Mansioni

• Lead the Community Impact team to design strategic programs and initiatives.
• Represent GTCF in the community and with partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee hiring, coaching, and development of staff over time to advance the mission.
