Job summary

Community Foundation Sonoma County in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Community Impact Officer to serve as a primary liaison between CFSC and the communities we serve. You will support the Community Impact Team’s grantmaking model, forge relationships with nonprofit grantees, increase CFSC visibility, and champion the county’s critical causes.

You will manage the full life cycle of grantmaking, including creating and refining programs, due diligence, evaluation, and communication with nonprofits.
