Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Social Work required or as per license.
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Admin or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide executive leadership for case management, social work, utilization management, discharge planning, care coordination, and transitional-care services across OBH.
• Develop and execute a unified case-management strategy aligned with clinical, operational, financial, patient-experience, and health-equity priorities.
• Establish policies, workflows, and escalation processes across campuses and care settings.
• Lead integrated patient-progression model from admission through post-acute care and community transition.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, quality, risk management, and performance improvement initiatives.
