Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Surprise is seeking a seasoned nurse leader to direct all nursing services, ensure patient care standards, and manage staffing in a dynamic post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• Master's degree, or active progression toward a Master's degree.
• Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience and three years of nursing management preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN).

Responsibilities

• Directs all nursing service activities for the facility assigned by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios.
• Maintain a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedure and accreditation standards.
