Texas Health Resources, Inc. seeks a Chief Nursing Officer for Texas Health Southlake to lead nursing strategy and clinical excellence across the hospital.

The CNO will partner with the President and CQMO to set policies, drive Magnet pathway initiatives, and ensure safe, high‑quality patient care through data‑driven leadership and interprofessional collaboration. The role directs professional practice, education, and nursing operations, balancing patient outcomes with organizational goals,

Qualifikationen

Ability to solve problems, think strategically and act as a change agent.
Experience leading nursing services with Magnet or Pathways to Excellence emphasis.
Strong collaboration with executive leadership and medical staff.
