• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
• BSN or MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the nursing team to promote high-quality resident care and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations and survey readiness.
• Partner with CEO and leadership to support facility goals and operations.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, retention, and team development in nursing.
• Support quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives with data analysis.
• Collaborate with physicians and other departments to ensure coordinated care.
• Review referrals and admissions for appropriate resident placement.
• Promote resident rights, dignity, safety, and person-centered care.
• Mentor staff through education, coaching, and clinical competency development.
• Maintain open communication with residents, families, staff, and providers.
• Participate in budgeting, staffing recommendations, and operational planning.
• Assist with MDS oversight and interdisciplinary coordination as needed.
