Stockton Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Ernest Health, seeks a dynamic Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing and clinical operations with a focus on patient outcomes, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will be a key member of the hospital's executive team, guiding high standards of care and staff engagement.

The CNO will drive performance improvement, cost-effective care, and ongoing professional development while maintaining a culture of compassion and patient-centered service.

Formación

• Current state RN license required.
• Current CPR certification required. ALCS certification required in TX.
• Master’s degree in nursing or related field with administrative experience; or BSN with nursing administration experience; or 4+ years in nursing administration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for nursing and clinical operations.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence in patient care.
• Lead initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, satisfaction, and quality metrics.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain compassionate patient caregivers.
