Mount Carmel Behavioral Health in Columbus, OH is seeking a dynamic Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing strategy and operational excellence across inpatient units. This executive role partners with the CEO and senior leaders to elevate clinical outcomes, staff engagement, and regulatory compliance within a leading psychiatric hospital.

The CNO will mentor clinical leaders, oversee budgeting and workforce planning, and champion continuous improvement while aligning nursing services with Acadia

Qualifications

• Active RN license in OH or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Proven nursing leadership at CNO/DON level or equivalent.
• Behavioral health inpatient experience is required.
• Strategic and operational expertise with strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN License (OH or eligible for reciprocity).
• Proven Nursing Leadership (CNO, DON, or equivalent).
• Behavioral Health Experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting (required).
• Strategic & Operational Expertise with strong interpersonal skills.
• BSN required; MSN or mental health nursing preferred.
• 6+ years RN experience (10+ preferred).
• 3+ years progressive nursing management.
• 2+ years behavioral health RN experience in inpatient psychiatry.
