Job summary

Crestwyn Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Chief Nursing Officer to join our Memphis hospital. You will partner directly with the CEO and senior leaders to drive patient care excellence, strengthen nursing culture, and develop future leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in TN or eligible for reciprocity.
  • Proven nursing leadership at executive level (CNO/DON or equivalent).
  • Behavioral health experience in inpatient psychiatry is required.
  • Strategic and operational expertise with strong interpersonal skills.
  • BSN is required; MSN or mental health nursing preferred.

  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing nursing leaders and teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, state and regulatory requirements.

Your Impact

As Chief Nursing Officer, you will serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and provide strategic oversight for all nursing services across the hospital.

  • Drive nursing strategy, clinical excellence, and operational performance

  • 6+ years RN experience (10+ preferred).
  • 3+ years progressive nursing management.
  • 2+ years behavioral health RN experience in inpatient psychiatry.
