Job summary

Crestwyn Behavioral Health, part of Acadia Healthcare, invites a seasoned nursing executive to join as Chief Nursing Officer in Memphis, TN. This role partners with the CEO and senior leaders to shape clinical strategy, develop future leaders, and elevate patient care across the hospital.

You will lead nursing services, foster a culture of safety and accountability, and drive organizational performance in behavioral health.

Your Impact

As Chief Nursing Officer, you will serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and provide strategic oversight for all nursing services across the hospital.

• Drive nursing strategy, clinical excellence, and operational performance

Qualifications

• Active RN License (TN or eligible for reciprocity).
• Proven Nursing Leadership (CNO, DON, or equivalent).
• Behavioral Health Experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting (required).
• Strategic & Operational Expertise with strong interpersonal skills.
• BSN required; MSN or mental health nursing preferred.
• 6+ years RN experience (10+ preferred).
• 3+ years progressive nursing management.
• 2+ years behavioral health RN experience in inpatient psychiatry.
