Qualifications
- Current license to practice professional nursing in Florida (FL).
- Demonstrated ability to lead nursing teams in behavioral health or related settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for executive leadership.
- Experience in budgeting, finance, and cost-effective care delivery.
- Knowledge of government regulation, licensing, and accreditation requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the initial nursing department and oversee People, Service, Quality, Growth, and Finance.
- Participate in hospital strategic planning and achievement of institutional goals.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to align patient-centered nursing strategies with UHS mission and values.
