Job summary

Crestwyn Behavioral Health in Memphis, Tennessee seeks a seasoned Chief Nursing Officer to lead our nursing division in an accredited behavioral health hospital. The role offers relocation assistance and a path to influence clinical excellence, organizational strategy, and patient care across the hospital.

As CNO, you will partner with the CEO and Medical Director, build high-performing teams, ensure Joint Commission and CMS compliance, and drive staffing, quality, and patient outcomes through

Qualifications

• Active RN license (TN or eligible for reciprocity).
• 6+ years RN experience (10+ preferred).
• 3+ years progressive nursing management.
• 2+ years behavioral health RN experience in inpatient psychiatry.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive nursing strategy, clinical excellence, and operational performance.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing nursing leaders and teams.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, state, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing strategies, and nursing resource management.
• Partner with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
