Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care in Maquoketa, IA is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to lead all nursing services and shape patient-centered care across the organization.

As CNO, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for clinical nursing operations, drive quality improvement and safety, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee staffing and budgeting, and foster a culture of learning and collaboration among staff and the executive team to improve community health outcomes.
