Job summary

Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC is assisting a community hospital in Dallas to recruit a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). The CNO will organize and administer the Department of Clinical Services, implement care standards and policies, and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.

Responsibilities include documentation accuracy and leadership for staff engagement and retention. The role requires a BSN, and MSN or equivalent Master’s in Healthcare is preferred or may be pursued.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• MSN or equivalent Master’s in Healthcare preferred or enrolled in a Master’s program.
• 3+ years of hospital nursing experience in a managerial or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Organize and administer the Department of Clinical Services under the CEO.
• Implement standards of care, policies, programs and procedures.
• Ensure timely, accurate and complete documentation and regulatory compliance.

Under the general supervision of the hospital CEO the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) is responsible for organizing and administering the Department of Clinical Services at the hospital and implementing standards of care, policies, programs, and procedures as established by the company. Responsibilities include ensuring timely, accurate, and complete documentation, ensuring all clinical regulatory requirements are being met, and responsibility for employee engagement, recruitment and retention.
