Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for nursing and clinical operations.
• Oversee Nursing, Education, Dialysis, Respiratory Therapy, and Clinical Dietitian services.
• Lead and develop nursing leadership, including Nurse Managers and Nurse Supervisors.
• Drive patient care quality, safety initiatives, and clinical excellence programs.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead operational improvement efforts and implement sustainable process changes.
• Manage staffing strategies, workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Monitor nursing quality indicators, patient outcomes, productivity, and operational performance metrics.
• Develop and execute nursing department goals aligned with organizational objectives.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration across all clinical departments.
• Prepare the organization for accreditation surveys and regulatory inspections.

• Participate in executive on-call responsibilities and organizational leadership initiatives.
