Job summary

The BridgeWay, part of Universal Health Services, in North Little Rock, AR, seeks a Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing strategy across inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services, aligning with our mission and compliance.

The CNO will collaborate with the executive team on People, Service, Quality, Growth and Finance, guiding nursing practice, education, and patient care improvement while ensuring regulatory standards are met. A competitive compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Current license or permit to practice professional nursing in the state of AR.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a CCNE accredited nursing program; Master of Science in Nursing is strongly preferred within first year.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of behavioral health nursing clinical practices and management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of effective management and supervisory practices.
• Five or more years of progressive nursing management experience; preferably within a behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a patient-centric nursing strategy across inpatient, outpatient and residential services.
• Participate in hospital strategic planning and contribute to institutional goals.
• Oversee nursing practice quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness.
