Qualifications

15+ years leading technical or engineering teams within US government tech environments.
Hands-on IC and civilian or DoW engagement with accreditation processes.
Familiarity with FedRAMP High/Moderate and IL4/IL5/IL6 authorizations.
Ability to translate DSPM and data governance to federal frameworks.

Responsibilities

Define technical strategy for government-facing products and AI deployment inside federal networks.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, compliance, and GTM teams.
Represent the company in agency reviews, security assessments, and AO engagements.
Build and mentor a public sector development organization and establish secure SDLC practices.
