Reporting to the President/CEO, the CXO will unite these functions into a seamless member journey, translating strategy into measurable outcomes and driving growth while strengthening trust and loyalty across channels.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience overseeing multiple member-facing functions within financial services.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Credit union or banking leadership experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing, retail branch operations, the Member Care Center, and overall member experience strategy.
• Unite these functions into a seamless member journey reflecting the brand promise.
• Collaborate with the executive team to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and growth.
• Lead organizational change, leveraging data and process improvements to drive decisions and loyalty.
• Represent the credit union in the community and develop people within the organization.
