You will engage with CMOs and health-system leaders, drive growth through clinically innovative approaches, oversee medical pathologists, and guide post‑deal integration while advancing AI-enabled solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school is required.
• MBA, MHA, or equivalent advanced degree in business or healthcare administration is preferred to support strategic and financial aspects.
• 10+ years of senior-level clinical leadership experience in a large health system or academic center.

Responsibilities

• Lead health systems engagement with C-suite leaders and health system executives.
• Build strategic partnerships to expand access and drive shared value.
• Lead medical due diligence for acquisitions, partnerships, and investments.
• Oversee clinical governance and integration post-transaction.
