Cityblock Health is seeking a VP, Market Medical Practice to lead clinical oversight across a defined market. You will partner with the MVP to drive strategy, cost of care initiatives, and care model execution for contracted populations, ensuring high-quality, value-based care.

You will oversee a distributed clinical team, manage credentialing, and partner with analytics to map data-driven improvements. A strong background in primary care, geriatrics, or related fields is desired.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in direct patient care with evidence-based medicine.
• Leadership experience in clinical/medical management roles.
• Familiarity with quality measures (STAR, HEDIS, NCQA) and risk adjustment.

Responsibilities

• Define market strategy and goals with leadership to meet contract and company targets.
• Provide clinical oversight and manage a large distributed workforce.
• Lead clinical quality initiatives across locations and manage patient safety.
