The Ward Law Group, PL is seeking a transformative Chief Marketing Officer to drive the firm’s next growth phase. You will lead a 15+ person team across social, digital, paid media, and creative services, shaping brand and market expansion in a multi-state footprint.

You will report to the Executive Leadership Team and shape analytics, performance management, and innovation initiatives to maximize client acquisition and case growth while guiding strategic partnerships and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Ten or more years of marketing leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams of 15+ professionals.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Advertising, Meta Advertising Platforms, TikTok Advertising, Local Services Ads, YouTube Advertising, SEMrush and Google Analytics.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and market expansion.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a marketing organization of 15+ professionals across multiple disciplines.
• Oversee full-funnel marketing execution across SEO, paid media, social, PR, and community outreach.
• Partner with executive leadership to align marketing with the firm's mission and growth objectives.
