Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategicChief Marketing Officer (CMO) who will take on a keyleadership role in managing the company's marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tointroduce and grow the market share of A&C Future’s products acrossB2C and B2B channels, including electric RVs, modular homes, andsustainable living technologies.
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities by conducting competitoranalysis, customer segmentation, and trend forecasting specific tothe RV, clean technology, and prefabricated housing sectors.
  • Formulate and oversee branding, promotional, and communicationstrategies—including the development of websites, press releases,multimedia content, and social media engagement—to elevate A&CFuture’s public image and investor appeal.
  • Lead pricing strategies and revenue models to maximize profitabilityand market penetration, adjusting approaches based on performancemetrics and customer feedback.
  • Manage key partnerships, acquisitions, and product positioningefforts, especially in coordination with strategic partners likePininfarina and suppliers in the EV and smart tech industries.
  • Direct and supervise marketing, sales, business development, andcustomer experience teams, ensuring alignment with corporate KPIsand market expansion goals.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products andtechnological rollouts, including launch events, trade shows, andcustomer education initiatives.
  • Oversee digital marketing and lead generation campaigns usingdata-driven performance analysis and ROI metrics.
  • Engage with government funding agencies and sustainability networksto promote A&C’s alignment with green energy goals and attractinstitutional support.
  • Report to the CEO and Board on key commercial performanceindicators, budget forecasts, and long- term brand developmentplans.
Required Skills and Qualities:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, foreign educationequivalency acceptable.
  • 24 months of experience as a marketing manager or similar marketingposition with electric vehicle manufacturing or design companies.
  • Proficient in marketing and social media tools such as Adobe, Canva,and Zoho.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in SEO Optimization and project management tools such asSmartsheet.
