Oversee the Show’s Marketing, Strategic Communications, Digital Media and Merchandise departments. Direct the execution of advertising/marketing and communications, media relations, public relations, reputation management, brand identity and awareness, merchandise, editorial production, and digital and social media.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude but are not limited to the following:
Oversee and direct the day-to-day efforts of the marketing, strategic communications, digital/social media and merchandise departments.
Oversee the efforts of the department’s 13 volunteer committees.
Create, direct, and execute marketing research including surveys and consumer demographic analysis.
Oversee the creation, execution and integration of a comprehensive marketing strategy and associated metrics including:
Establish and maintain a consistent positive corporate image in the community commensurate with a non-profit organization throughout all marketing, communication, and public relations efforts.
Manage four direct reports. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
