As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy to drive company awareness and engagement. The CMO will oversee all aspects of marketing, including brand positioning, digital marketing, and communications. The ideal candidate combines analytical acumen with creative vision, has a deep understanding and proven track record of marketing business-to-business services. This role requires an exceptional leader with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization while maintaining a hands-on approach for execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Build, lead and manage a high-performing marketing team.
  • Evolve Recom's brand identity, messaging, and market positioning to differentiate us from competitors.
  • Oversee website and content creation (case studies, etc.) to engage target audiences effectively.
  • Marketing Execution: Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate awareness and new partner acquisition, including SEO, PPC, social media, and marketing automation.
  • Public Relations & Partner Experience: Establish Recom as an industry thought leader through PR efforts, speaking engagements, and partnerships.
  • Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine marketing strategies and uncover new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to develop joint strategies and ensure that marketing and sales efforts are aligned. This includes developing and supplying the sales team with compelling collateral to effectively engage prospects and close deals.
  • Budgeting: Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience as a marketing executive, with a focus on B2B services.
  • Extensive experience and proven track record of leading teams and translating vision into action that drives growth. This includes the management of video/production, special events, and cutting-edge digital tools.
  • An expertise in brand positioning and go-to-market strategy.
  • Must be based in South Florida (or willing to relocate), with the expectation of being in the office five days a week.
  • Proven relationship-building skills, fostering trust and collaboration across all levels of the organization.

  • Highly organized, technical, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Possess the ability to engage, inspire, and build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Excel in both written and verbal communications, translating complex ideas into clear, compelling messages.
