  • Define product messaging, competitive positioning, and buyer personas
  • Create compelling content to support awareness, adoption, and retention
  • Collaborate with Sales and Strategic Marketing to align campaigns and product narratives
  • Build sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, brochures, and training assets
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform product planning and messaging
  • Represent Product Marketing in cross-functional meetings and planning sessions
  • Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to optimize future strategy
  • Travel to key events and conferences (up to 30%)

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years in product marketing, preferably in K–12 EdTech or literacy curriculum
  • Expertise in crafting messaging, positioning, and sales content for education buyers
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence across teams
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with shifting priorities
  • Familiarity with K–12 buying cycles, funding models, and adoption processes
  • Medical, dental, and vision plans (some with $0 premiums)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • 16 paid holidays (including floating holidays and winter break)
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Paid parental and bonding leave
  • Fertility and family-building benefits
  • On-demand mental health and wellness support
  • Tuition reimbursement and professional growth opportunities
  • Remote-first flexibility
