Jobgether is partnering with a leading online learning company to recruit a Vice President of Marketing in the United States. The role blends scaling a B2C subscription business with building enterprise and institutional marketing strategies for a growing B2B platform.

You will drive multi-channel demand generation, align marketing with sales and operations, and modernize the MarTech stack with AI across workflows.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, with 10+ years in leadership roles.
• Senior-level experience in both B2C subscription marketing and B2B enterprise marketing.
• Experience managing a marketing budget of at least $5 million and AI in marketing workflows.
• Proven ability to guide teams through major tech modernization and change.

Responsibilities

• Lead unified marketing strategy for B2C and B2B initiatives, budgets, and resources.
• Drive B2C subscription growth with multi-channel demand generation.
• Build enterprise demand generation with campaign frameworks and channel plans.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to optimize pipeline and governance.
• Oversee MarTech modernization and AI-powered automation across systems.
• Direct content strategy for campaigns, thought leadership, and enablement.
