Atomic Machines seeks an accomplished operations leader to serve as COO, guiding the design, build, and operation of autonomous, digital fabs. You will shape the organization across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and People, directing capital decisions and partner contracts to scale production capacity.

Lead a culture of first-principles thinking and high performance across Santa Clara, Emeryville, and future fabs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in manufacturing and operations leadership at executive level.
• Experience as COO or GM accountable for multiple functions.
• Experience with budgets and $100M+ capex and major site decisions.
• Track record building organizations through rapid headcount growth.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire a culture of ownership.

Responsabilités

• Own the design and operation of commercial fabs, including infra and equipment selection.
• Lead site selection and build-out to meet forecasted demand and capacity.
• Own contract manufacturing relationships for production MC equipment builds and scaling.
• Stand up and scale internal Final Assembly & Test for MC equipment.
• Establish supplier quality, reliability standards, and resilient supply chains.
• Manage inventory and real-time manufacturing metrics (yield, throughput, uptime).
• Guide compensation philosophy and People function across multiple sites.
