Job summary

Mactac, headquartered in Stow, Ohio, seeks a strategic VP of Operations to lead manufacturing and engineering excellence across its North American facilities. You will champion continuous improvement, manage daily performance, and optimize costs while maintaining high quality and service levels.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional leadership, and change management to advance corporate manufacturing performance. Significant travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, operations management or related field.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years managing plant operations with multi-site responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Direct fleet performance and adjust operating plans to meet customer needs and financial targets.
• Own and lead the formal MDI process across the fleet, driving continuous improvement.
• Drive daily improvement in Safety, Service, Quality, Cost and People using PMI tools.
• Set objectives for Operations and align with other functions and company goals.
• Partner with Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery and optimize capacity.
