Job summary

Atrium Hospitality at Chateau on the Lake in Branson, MO seeks an experienced Engineering Leader to direct the hotel’s engineering team. You will safeguard safety and standards while maintaining complex electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

You’ll plan capital and maintenance budgets, manage inventory and schedules, and collaborate on renovations and preventive work to elevate guest experiences and protect assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering with hands-on repair experience across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Proven leadership skills; ability to coach teams and hold people accountable with empathy.
• Budget and P&L experience; understands maintenance economics and ROI.
• Knowledge of safety codes and compliance requirements.
• Tech-savvy mindset; comfortable with CMMS and Workday.
• Flexible availability: nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Compensation Range : $90,000- $110,000
