Jobot seeks an experienced SVP of Litigation and Risk Management for a national healthcare provider. The role leads litigation, claims, insurance, and enterprise risk, guiding a multidisciplinary team and aligning with the Chief Legal Officer and CEO.

Based in Nashville or willing to relocate, you will drive data‑driven decisions and strategic partnerships with senior leadership. You will oversee outside counsel, manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting, and champion proactive risk management

Competenze

• JD from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership are required.
• Significant in-house litigation and risk management experience in a highly regulated industry.
• Proven success leading attorneys, claims professionals, and outside counsel.
• Experience managing litigation budgets, claims reserves, and insurance programs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive reporting abilities.

Mansioni

• Lead litigation, claims, insurance, and enterprise risk management functions, overseeing professional liability matters.
• Develop and mentor senior leaders overseeing claims litigation, strategy, insurance, and a broad claims team.
• Oversee complex litigation portfolios including professional liability, class actions, and regulatory investigations.
• Develop litigation strategies in partnership with the Chief Legal Officer and senior leadership.
• Select, manage, and evaluate outside counsel with clear performance metrics.
• Manage P&L, litigation expenses, reserves, and overall risk portfolio.
