• Draft rules and regulations and provide legal opinions for agency operations.
• Prosecute cases before federal and state courts as needed.
• Advise on administrative penalties, enforcement actions, and compliance measures.
• Represent the Director and coordinate with Cannabis Office and Commission staff.
