Job summary

Niantic Spatial is seeking a Head of Legal to build and lead the company’s legal function from the ground up. You will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, People, Security, and executives to negotiate strategic commercial agreements and advise on regulatory matters.

You will set the operating model, own complex relationships, and serve as a trusted voice at the leadership table, reporting to the CEO or President and COO as the company scales.

Qualifications

• J.D. and CA Bar are required and in-house experience is valued.
• Experience negotiating complex enterprise technology and commercial agreements (software licensing, SaaS, AI, data).
• Strong ability to independently manage a broad range of legal matters with business judgment.

Responsibilities
