Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive land development leadership experience.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale residential master planned communities in Arizona.
• Proven success leading complex land development projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of horizontal land development for a master planned community.
• Coordinate land planning and design for residential lots and utilities.
• Manage permitting, plats, and agency approvals.
