Qualifications

• Master's Degree in business or public administration, human resources management, labor relations, law, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant progressively more responsible experience in employee and labor relations.
• 10+ years related management experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience providing required knowledge and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Shapes systemwide employee and labor relations strategies and programs aligned with goals.
• Serves as chief negotiator for Board of Education in collective bargaining.
• Administers negotiated agreements and guides policy implementation.
• Directs grievance and dispute resolution processes with timely, compliant handling.
• Advises executive leadership on labor relations strategy and workforce issues.
• Coordinates bargaining proposals, cost analyses, and supporting materials.
• Facilitates cross‑functional collaboration to address complex employee relations matters.
• Cultivates productive relationships with employee association representatives.
• Oversees publication and dissemination of negotiated agreements and related resources.
• Monitors trends, data, and legal developments to inform decisions and improvements.
