Job summary

Father Bill's & MainSpring seeks a Senior Director of Information Technology to lead IT strategy, security, and operations across all sites. This senior role directs staff, MSPs, and partners to deliver secure, compliant, and efficient technology services aligned with mission-driven programs such as housing, job training, and community services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible IT experience.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience (staff, vendors, or both).
• Experience managing enterprise systems, cloud environments, and managed service providers.
• Must be available to provide leadership during significant outages or incidents outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive multi-year IT strategic roadmap.
• Oversee IT operations, security, and incident response.
• Lead internal IT staff, MSPs, and consulting partners.
• Manage IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor relationships.
