Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 12–18+ years of progressive IT/technology experience.
• 5+ years in Head of IT / CIO/ CTO or equivalent roles.
• Experience in insurance or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategy and technology roadmap.
• Lead enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, applications, networks, cloud, and end-user services.
• Oversee cybersecurity, information security, and technology risk.
• Establish IT governance, policies, and service-management frameworks.
• Lead digital transformation and technology optimization initiatives.
• Manage ERP, CRM, and core enterprise applications.
• Oversee enterprise architecture, data, and system integrations.
• Ensure system availability, DR/BCP, and resilience.
• Lead IT budgeting, vendor management, and procurement.
• Ensure regulatory and financial-services compliance.
