Job summary

thehivecareers.co is seeking a Head of Information Security to lead our information-security function across technology, data, and digital services in the United States. You will shape strategy, governance, and security operations to protect assets from cyber threats.

You will oversee IAM/PAM, vulnerability management, incident response, third-party risk, cloud and application security, and regulatory compliance, working with IT, Risk, Compliance, Audit and executives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in information-security governance and risk management.
• Proven leadership in security operations and incident response.
• Strong knowledge of IAM/PAM, cloud and application security.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the information security strategy, roadmap, policies, and standards.
• Establish and maintain governance framework for information security.
• Conduct enterprise-wide cybersecurity and information-security risk assessments.
• Lead security operations, monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
• Oversee SOC, SIEM, threat intel, vulnerability management, and testing activities.
• Manage third-party/vendor cybersecurity risk and due diligence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and security audits; report to leadership.
