Job summary

Credence is seeking a Senior technology leader to direct the internal IT function and contribute to customer opportunities. You will guide strategy, security, reliability, and AI adoption for about 1,500 employees, leading a team of ~16 IT professionals.

You will collaborate with executives to translate business priorities into a practical technology roadmap, ensuring secure, dependable technology services and vendor governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field; equivalent combinations may be considered.
• Active federal security clearance, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one; TS/SCI is advantageous but not required.
• Typically 15+ years of progressive technology experience, including at least 7 years leading technical teams.
• Experience setting enterprise technology strategy and leading reliable day-to-day operations in a distributed organization.
• Experience communicating with executive leaders and presenting complex technical and risk matters clearly to nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with growth and risk tolerance.
• Serve as principal advisor to executives on technology investments and cybersecurity risk.
• Oversee IT operations, security, and resilience for a distributed workforce.
• Guide modernization to cloud, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Build and lead a 16-person IT organization with clear accountability.
