Job summary

OnePoint BFG Wealth Partners in Parsippany, NJ, is seeking a Chief Investment Platform Officer to lead the design, scaling, and governance of the centralized investment platform as AUM grows toward $50B. The role chairs the Investment Committee and drives advisor adoption of house models with flexibility.

Qualifications

Ten-plus years of investment leadership at senior levels.
Experience running a platform with $10B AUM or more.
Deep RIA or private wealth experience with advisor-platform exposure.
Fluency in alternatives and complex products for HNW/UHNW clients.
CFA and MBA/MS in Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

Modernize the investment platform at scale and publish a multi-year roadmap.
Define governance for centralized vs advisor-bespoke models.
Chair the Investment Committee and establish structured decision rights.
Partner with the CIO to translate house views into portfolio action.
Build a best-in-class offering for advisors and clients and drive adoption.
