Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an Investment Platform Analyst to oversee operational implementation of investment strategies across newly acquired wealth management firms. You will bridge investment recommendations and execution, leading conversion projects, asset migrations, and process improvements to deliver a seamless advisor and client experience.

You will partner with portfolio managers, trading, operations, custodians, and technology teams, focusing 65–75% on integration and platform conversions

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in wealth management or investment operations.
• Experience with Orion and Eclipse is essential.
• Familiarity with eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Fidelity, Schwab, or similar platforms preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and operational initiatives preferred.
• Knowledge of programmatic analysis tools (Python, R, MATLAB) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for investment platform integrations with acquired wealth firms.
• Translate investment recommendations into actionable implementation plans.
• Coordinate asset migrations from legacy programs to approved platform strategies.
• Develop transition plans including mapping, workflows, and timelines.
• Facilitate communication among advisors, operations, and custodians.
• Monitor milestones, identify risks, and drive onboarding to success.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and leadership updates.
• Support advisor training during platform migrations.
• Maintain data integrity across investment planning systems.
