Allegiance Search partner is seeking a Chief Investment Officer for a rapidly expanding data center and AI infrastructure platform. The CIO will shape investment strategy, originate opportunities, and lead multi-asset transactions with board-level accountability.

The role requires substantial principal-side experience in digital infrastructure, with senior-investerment leadership and a track record of deploying capital in complex, capital-intensive platforms.

Qualifications

• Substantial principal-side investment experience in digital infrastructure.
• Experience evaluating and executing development opportunities and M&A.
• Ability to present investment cases to boards and partners.

Responsibilities

• Define the investment strategy and capital-allocation framework.
• Originate, evaluate and execute development opportunities and partnerships.
• Lead underwriting, structuring and investment decisions across assets.
• Assess power, land, connectivity, construction and commercialization risk.
• Present recommendations to board and capital partners.
• Build the investment function and partner with executive leadership.
