Job summary

HBKS Wealth Advisors is seeking a Chief Investment Officer to lead the Asset Management Group across its multi-office platform. The CIO will drive investment philosophy, oversee trading and research, and chair the Investment Committee to ensure fiduciary best practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive investment experience in multi-office or multi-entity platforms.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with HNW/UHNW clients.
• Experience building formal investment committee processes and fiduciary governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Asset Management Group across offices, setting hiring plans and performance standards.
• Oversee investment process, asset allocation, due diligence, and model portfolios.
• Chairs Investment Committee and communicates firm-wide investment views.
• Ensure vendor, custodian, and research relationships meet fiduciary standards.
