Job summary

Roamly, the insurance arm of The Ride Platform, seeks a Head of Insurance Programs to own and optimize a portfolio of auto, carshare, rideshare, and mobility insurance offerings. You will drive underwriting guidelines, pricing strategies, and carrier relationships from Austin or remote locations, and partner with Sales, Claims, Actuarial, Legal, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience setting appetite, guidelines, and rate strategy.
• Proven ability to manage carrier and reinsurer relationships.
• Knowledge of P&C auto, carshare, rideshare, RV lines.

Responsibilities

• Own Roamly's portfolio of in-market programs, monitoring loss ratios and premium growth.
• Oversee underwriting guidelines, risk selection, and authority levels across all programs.
• Lead actuarial efforts including pricing, loss cost modeling, and risk segmentation.
• Represent the program portfolio to executives, carriers, and reinsurers.
