Job summary

Revolutional, LLC is seeking a Chief Innovation Officer to lead the strategy and delivery of emerging technologies across our federal civilian agency customers. You will direct IRAD investments, shape differentiators for proposals, and ensure delivery teams progress pilots to programs of record.

You will manage investments in AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and data analytics, while ensuring compliance with FISMA, FedRAMP, and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology or innovation leadership experience.
• Proven track record building or scaling an IRAD, R&D, or innovation program with measurable business impact.
• Deep familiarity with federal civilian acquisition landscape and funding mechanisms.
• Strong technical grounding in AI/ML, cloud, cybersecurity, or digital services.
• Experience partnering with BD, Capture, and Proposal teams to shape win strategies.
• Executive presence with board reporting and agency engagement.
• P&L or budget ownership at program or BU level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the enterprise technology and innovation roadmap for federal civilian modernization priorities.
• Own IRAD program: define investment priorities, budget, and measure ROI.
• Partner with BD and Capture to translate 기술 into differentiated proposals.
• Mature innovation lab for rapid prototyping on current civilian contracts.
• Build relationships with agency offices, industry partners, and startups for technology sourcing.
• Ensure compliance with FISMA, FedRAMP, Section 508, and privacy requirements from the start.
• Champion an innovation culture through programs, hackathons, and training.
• Present at industry days and agency forums as a thought leader.
