Job summary

Plenary Americas is seeking an Executive Vice President to lead the group's investment in Plenary Broadband Infrastructure (PBI), a joint venture with Tikehau Star Infra. The EVP will serve on PBI’s Executive Committee, representing Plenary Americas and driving strategic, financial, and commercial decisions for middle-mile fiber networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in infrastructure investing, digital infrastructure operations, and/or large-scale PPPs.
• Track record of leading complex commercial negotiations with hyperscalers, government agencies, and large partners.
• Experience operating in P3 environments and/or before state DOT leadership is highly valued.
• Strong commercial instinct paired with disciplined financial and investment judgment.
• Comfort operating as both investor-sponsor and operating principal.

Responsibilities

• Lead Plenary Americas' investment in PBI and represent on its Executive Committee.
• Drive long-term value growth and risk management for the PBI portfolio.
• Support PBI management in structuring deals, pricing strategy, and government relations.
• Lead M&A activity related to PBI including tuck-in acquisitions and partnerships.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for PBI.
