Job summary

Patmos seeks a VP of Information Technology to own technology execution and internal operations. You will lead the teams that build, integrate, and secure the systems used company-wide, partnering with Infrastructure and executive leadership to align technology with business priorities.

You will shape standards, budgets, and roadmaps, while coaching leaders and engineers to deliver outcomes with discipline and minimal heroics. This is a high-responsibility, hands-on leadership role at Patmos.

Qualifications

• 15+ years across IT, systems, and technology operations with at least 10 years leading a full-stack team.
• Experience shipping operating models, integrations, and security programs that others run.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, employee-owned company where execution matters as a priority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the internal technology organization — set priorities, standards, growth paths, and performance.
• Install operating rhythm: ticket SLAs, on-call, documentation, runbooks, and visible status.
• Build a bench to empower the next layer to own outcomes without constant supervision.
• Own the IT budget end to end and report it clearly with Finance as a partner.
• Own systems, data, and integration across core portfolios (applications, CRM, HR, contracts).
• Oversee security program including identity, access, incident response, and audits.
