Job summary

Chronograph is seeking a Head of Information Security & IT to own the security strategy, architecture, and execution as we scale. This hands-on leadership role spans governance, technical execution, and external assurance, with a focus on AI security, threat modeling, and risk management.

You will lead a small team, engage with executives, and drive improvements across cloud, applications, and corporate IT.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of information security experience with hands-on technical work and growing program ownership.
• Strong judgment to investigate, design solutions, and implement controls.
• Broad cloud and application security experience across identity, vulnerability management, and detection.
• Experience leading security programs, risk management, policies, and roadmaps.
• Experience with security certifications (SOC1/2, ISO 27001) and audits.
• Ability to represent security posture to enterprise customers and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Own Chronograph's information security program, strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
• Lead and mentor a small team of security, compliance, and IT practitioners.
• Maintain security posture, audit readiness, and risk management processes.
• Set direction for corporate IT, identity, endpoint management, and employee devices.
• Drive threat detection, incident response, and security partner relationships.
• Oversee SOC, SIEM, EDR, WAF, and DLP tooling and automation.
