Job summary

Joyce University of Nursing and Health Sciences seeks a Chief Information Officer to build and lead a new in-house technology organization. You will shape the strategy for data, AI, and platforms, and supervise the team delivering secure, reliable systems for students and staff.

You will report to the COO, sit on the President’s Cabinet, and influence technology investment, risk, and compliance while moving the university toward scalable, AI-enabled operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, business, or related field.
• Ten+ years of progressively responsible technology leadership, including executive-level responsibility.
• Master’s or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year technology, data, and AI strategy aligned to the campus plan.
• Provide trusted data analytics to leaders and drive student success metrics.
• Lead a transition from outsourced to internal technology operations while ensuring service stability.
